During this unforgettable journey through Greece, you’ll discover the rich culture, breathtaking nature, and authentic culinary traditions of this stunning country. From the vibrant Thessaloniki to the majestic rock formations of Meteora, the picturesque villages of Zagorohoria, and the Venetian charm of Corfu, each destination offers unique experiences. You’ll walk through historic cities, enjoy local delicacies, explore traditional villages, and admire spectacular landscapes such as the deep Vikos Gorge and the natural pools of Kolimbithres.

Along the way, you’ll savor authentic dishes inspired by Venetian and Greek cuisine. This culinary and cultural exploration takes you to iconic locations, such as Ali Pasha’s island near Ioannina, and concludes on the enchanting island of Corfu, where history, flavor, and ambiance come together.

Day 1 – Thessaloniki »
Upon arrival at Thessaloniki Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our guides. We’ll travel comfortably by minivan to our cozy hotel located in the bustling heart of the city. In the afternoon, we’ll immerse ourselves in the rich culture of Thessaloniki during an inspiring city walk. We’ll explore vibrant markets, historic squares, and traditional eateries, where you’ll not only get to know the city but also its unique flavors and stories. A perfect start to a journey full of culinary and cultural discoveries!
Day 2 – Thessaloniki to Meteora »
If we didn’t finish exploring Thessaloniki on Day 1, there will be ample time to visit the remaining locations on Day 2. After a delicious breakfast, you can rediscover the city, as the soft morning light creates a magical atmosphere. By midday, we depart for the awe-inspiring Meteora, where spectacular rock formations and centuries-old monasteries serve as cultural and visual highlights. Along the way, enjoy regional specialties and be inspired by this unique landscape – a perfect balance of culinary indulgence and cultural discovery.
Day 3 – Meteora »
In the charming village of Kastraki, nestled at the foot of the impressive rock formations of Meteora, we have our base for exploring this unique landscape. This area, where nature has created spectacular rocks, inspired medieval monks to build remarkable monasteries atop their peaks.

We’ll visit one or more of these extraordinary monasteries, where spiritual tranquility, ancient traditions, and architecture take center stage. Along the way, we’ll sample local delicacies typical of this region. After a day full of impressions, we return to our comfortable hotel in Kastraki, where a delightful dinner and a relaxing atmosphere await – a perfect conclusion to a day of culture, nature, and flavors.
Day 4 – Kalambaka - Chaliki - Zagori - Monodendri »
After a delicious breakfast, we continue our journey through the picturesque Arachtos National Park, a protected area known for its pristine beauty and majestic mountains. As we drive through the rugged peaks of the Tsoumerka Mountains, we stop in the charming village of Chaliki, where we enjoy a relaxing picnic or lunch prepared with local ingredients amidst serene nature.

We then travel northward to Metsovo, a mountain village renowned for its traditional cheese and wine. From there, we reach the breathtaking Zagorohoria region, where traditional villages and spectacular landscapes form a paradise for lovers of both culture and nature. The day ends in the picturesque village of Monodendri, where we are welcomed with a delicious dinner prepared according to old regional recipes. We overnight in a charming hotel surrounded by the tranquility and charm of this unique mountain village.
Day 5 – Zagarohoria »

This day is dedicated to an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Pindos Mountains, a region that breathes both culture and nature. We visit the world-famous Vikos Gorge, one of the deepest gorges in the world and a protected nature reserve that captivates with its untouched beauty.

Along the way, we admire historic stone arch bridges, such as the iconic Kokkorou Bridge, masterpieces of local architecture that blend perfectly into the natural surroundings and tell a rich history.

We explore traditional mountain villages where time seems to stand still and enjoy their rustic charm. In the high-altitude Papingo, we take a relaxing break for a delicious lunch prepared with local ingredients in a picturesque setting. Later, we visit the unique natural pools of Kolimbithres, carved by the river—a photogenic spectacle inviting you to capture the magic of nature.

The day concludes in the charming Monodendri, where a cozy dinner awaits, featuring dishes that perfectly reflect the flavors of the region. We overnight in a quaint hotel surrounded by the tranquility of the mountains.
Day 6 – Monodendri to Ioanina to Corfu »
After a tasty breakfast, we head to the historic city of Ioannina, picturesquely located on the shores of a large lake. Here, we experience not only the rich culture but also the culinary traditions of the region. The charming island in the middle of the lake, once the seat of the famous Turkish governor Ali Pasha during the Ottoman period, is a special place full of history and local stories. We stroll through the atmospheric streets of Ioannina and enjoy the authentic ambiance and regional delicacies.

We then travel to Igoumenitsa, where we board the ferry to the idyllic island of Corfu. During the 1.5-hour crossing, we enjoy breathtaking views over the sparkling waters of the Ionian Sea. Upon arrival, we are welcomed by a panoramic view of the elegant city of Kerkyra, the capital of Corfu, known for its Venetian charm and culinary diversity. We spend the next two nights surrounded by the rich culture, beautiful nature, and refined cuisine of this stunning island.
Day 7 – Kerkyra (Corfu Town) »

This originally Venetian city, once the favorite residence of Empress Sisi, is a true gem, not only for lovers of history but also for food enthusiasts. As we wander through the enchanting old town, nestled within the imposing walls of the historic citadel, we discover a labyrinth of narrow streets, colorful houses, and stunning historic buildings.

Along the way, we stop at cozy squares and charming corners, where inviting terraces tempt us with local delicacies. The city exudes charm and history, offering the perfect opportunity to experience not only the architectural beauty but also the culinary richness of this special island.

After a day full of discoveries, we end with an atmospheric dinner in a traditional restaurant, enjoying dishes inspired by Venetian and Greek cuisine. We overnight again in this elegant city to fully absorb its unique ambiance. A memorable day filled with culture and flavor!
Day 8 - Corfu Airport »

After one last delicious breakfast, we take you to Corfu Town Airport. As you reflect on the unforgettable moments, stunning landscapes, and rich flavors you’ve experienced, we bid farewell to this enchanting island. This journey has taken you through the real Greece, with authentic experiences and culinary highlights, from traditional dishes to refined wines, and unique places that capture the soul of the country. With a suitcase full of memories, a heart full of inspiration, and perhaps a local delicacy to enjoy at home, we return.
